Ingredients:
- 4 slices of bread
- 4 tablespoons butter (softened)
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon garlic sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, or your favorite)
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced olives
- 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1/4 cup sliced onions
- Fresh basil or parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare the Bread:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix the softened butter with the chili sauce and garlic sauce.
- Spread the mixture evenly on one side of each slice of bread.
Assemble the Pizza:
- Place the buttered bread slices on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle a layer of shredded cheese on each slice.
- Add diced tomatoes, olives, bell peppers, and onions on top.
Bake:
- Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve:
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh basil or parsley if desired.
- Serve hot
